You('ve) lost me means I don't understand or can't follow what you are saying, I am confused or bewildered.
這個(gè)表達的意思是：我沒(méi)明白你說(shuō)的話(huà)，或者是你說(shuō)的太快了我沒(méi)跟上，我很疑惑。
例：
I was with you for most of the story, but you lost me when you started talking about vampires.
